Prevent administrators from editing comments (corrected title)

If I am not mistaking I have observed that administrators can not only delete comments (which is appropriate) but also edit any comments (including those of other contributors) which I consider as risky. Comments wiki-users have introduced could be be distored (inadvetedly or even purposely) without the person concerned becoming aware of this. I feel the integrity of comments should be preserved even in a wiki.

As mentioned above, don't give administrator access to users that shouldn't have that kind of access... Create different groups instead. An administrator has by definition full control...

Thank you for your prompt reaction and clarification. I will follow this recommendation (I might have underestimated the granularity of group settings).

The default site admin has full control over everything. You can make another user group and then modify the permissions they have. If you don't want "admins" to modify comments, then remove the permission and make it so only those who need to use the super user admin login have access to it.
