Allow adding plantuml diagrams in WYSIWYG editor

Adding plantuml diagrams using the ```plantuml syntax seems to be impossible using the Visual Editor.

Please allow us to create plantuml codeblocks (for instance by adding a plantuml entry in "add codeblock" menu)

This is useful for any other type of script too.

I like to use powershell in the visual editor. As this is missing, I work with the markdown editor almost all the time.
