Allow user to choose between clear or dark mode in their profile

Actually, only an administrator can choose if the wiki display in clear or dark mode, for everyone.

I'ld like for each user to be able to override this setting, aka choose the mode (or the theme) for himself in its own profile.

The guest should be able to choose too, and save that configuration on cookies. At the moment it only works for registered accounts.
