As an example, let's say our business uses SoftwareX as a new accounts tool, so we create tonnes of guides on the wiki. Then we switch to a different accounts tool, so none of the SoftwareX documents are relevant in any way and just serve to clutter the Wiki and potentially confuse users.

However we don't want to permanently delete all the documents, in case the business decides to revert back to it in the future, or we acquire another company in the future which uses it.
