Breadcrumb for subpages

I am tracking contacts
/Contacts/Companies/US/WA/Brewster
When I click anything in the breadcrumb I get:
This page does not exist yet.
Would you like to create it now?
But there is no way to make a page there. It would be good if every directory in the breadcrumb is not a path of broken links. This could be an index.md or readme.md that gets created for each directory. The auto generate of sub folders and files would be very useful too. It just should not be a broken link.

I love breadcumbs as a slim header as pictured by Dragan Espenschied but the other stuff below it takes up to much space that should be used by the page content instead. Can we have an option to hide table of contents and other meta?

Like Dragan says, isn't this implemented now? :)
Dragan Espenschied
I guess this is implemented now, isn't it?

In progress since two years .. is the project still alive ?
Nicolas Giard
Franck Lowel: Just because this specific task is not yet completed, doesn't mean the project is not alive. Other priorities are simply being worked on first.

Seconded, the accordion when browsing all pages is really well thought off and useful because it preserves/highlights the semantics that authors of the wiki have tried to put in place.
When a page is reached/clicked upon, all that semantic is lost.
Breadcrumb links could elegantly solve that problem.
