Link to title

I would like to be able to link to a specific section of the page. Specifically, to any of the headings, links to which will be generated automatically.
For example, specify http://wiki.company.com/ru/infrastructure/phones#Header1
Or create manually anchor links, which can then be used on other pages or on the same.

This is already possible.
Mouse-over the header you want to link to, a symbol will appear on the right. Right-click the symbol and copy the link.

Feature already exists.
I'm working with markup by default and title sections are rendered with anchors automatically.
Additionally you can add html-tags and anchors as well.
And even in the wysiwyg editor, titles are rendered with anchors by default.
So I'd like to ask if there is something different what you expect. From my point of view the suggested features exist already.

Sven: Then we apparently just do not understand how to do it in the wysiwyg editor. All pages are created through the visual editor. But we did not find how to refer to the title of another page. I could not find it in the documentation either, since the visual editor does not have any description.

Anton Moroz:
OK, that sounds a bit different. From this point of view it would be nice to create a link to a page and also select a specific h-entry (anchor).
Currently you can open with desired page in a different tab, copy the link fro the title with anchor and paste the link in your editor.
While someone uses this link, he will open the page and jump directly to the title.

Sven: We still do not understand where to get the link with the anchor. If you use the side menu, then moving around the page occurs without changing the URL. We also looked at the source code of the menu part, there are no URL links. The headers themselves are not links. From here and the question is where to get links with anchors? As a result, it looks all too difficult to use.

Anton Moroz: If you hover over the header, there is a small icon that appears on the right. That should be the link you are looking for. In most cases it is just the text of the header with spaces replaced with dashes (-).
E.g., to go to header "My Header", the link would look like .../mypage#my-header

Anton Moroz: This is what was confusing me, not being able to see the anchor link. Opening the document in another tab I could see the symbol appear and right clicking showed me the link.
This is the full link to the page however, which would break if the page location changed. I used this to identify the name of the anchor (#anchorname at the end of the url) and then manually entered this as the link address. Now if the document is moved, the link to the anchor is only internal to the current document.
