Perhaps by porting into a single wiki page with sub headers for different chapters/sections

One could use it as a hierarchy structure like a book.

A user could then use the Tree view to access multiple "books" - Maybe even set rights to who has access to which "book" (not sure if this should be added as a separate feature or not - just that the import from Word + single page with sub headings combo etc would enable something like this)
