Reviewer role

It would be great to have a reviewer role, which means that everyone can write the entries, but the reviewer must first release the entries so that everyone can see them
This would allow the entries to be better organized and documented from the company's perspective

Approval process for updating or adding new pages

Would be good to have an approval process so that when a page is edited it has to be reviewed and approved before it goes live.

Can We have a Workflow Kind of user handling, For an Example I would like to create 3 Users 1. Writer, 2. Reviewer, 3. Publisher.
Where Writer can Write the Content and submit to Reviewer in order to Review the Content, Once content is approved from reviewer it Should go for Publisher for approval once Publisher Approves it Should get Published.

Rodrigo L L Jorge If you want to prevent vandalism of wiki pages, control who has editing access. If the pages are messed up, you can roll it back from the save ("commit") history as long as you don't flush the database of old changes.

Can the approvers of the document also be shown in the printable version of the Article?

Such a funtion is very important if you let students and internship users do articles or just new guys who maybe got something wrong. We would appriciate it a lot.

Adding an approval feature to the wiki system is crucial from a company perspective. I also believe that different categories of articles should have different approvers. Articles within a specific category should be assigned to members of a particular user group for review.
Consider this scenario: It wouldn't make sense for documents created by the sales team to be reviewed by the security department. I hope that the article approval process can be streamlined to ensure the right individuals are assigned for review. Furthermore, it's important that only administrators have the authority to configure these assignment relationships; authors should not have the freedom to choose their own reviewers.

We need to improve our wikis, especially the ones that are used in regulated areas. A good step forward would be to set up an approval process that meets FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
This process will allow our administrators to create approval stages just like the system used by Comala (https://docs.comalatech.com/space/CDML/6753945277/Switch+between+draft+and+published).
We should also use electronic signatures and keep a history of all changes made in the wiki. I believe some of these features are already in place, so it would be great to integrate them fully into the new approval process.

Content moderation by admins

Content vandalism is a serious issue for wiki admins.
Please add content moderation feature that allows admins/moderators to review and approve edits. Lack of this feature severely limits deployment of wiki.js on large open yet moderated projects.
I'm in love with wiki.js' modern look and features. But due to vandalism concerns I'll have to consider another wiki software. :-(
