Update Color of Internal Links

When you create a link in Markdown to a page that does not yet exist, it is shown in red. After creating the missing page, the link still appears in red until I open the Markdown, change an insignificant detail and save it. It should update automatically when the page is reloaded.

It's because the page needs to be rerendered. Refreshing the page doesn't render it.

I thought this was odd too at first, but it's working as intended. It might be nice if the render button was available even if changes we'rent made for situations like this.
