Should (auto) generate breadcrumb links on all the subpages based on the hierarchy of the file.

Support for child navigation items to allow dropdowns in the main navigation pane. If you have a large wiki, it can be hard to organize your pages without some type of collapsible navigation.

There should be an option to have a folder view as a plugin or have a folder view page. Something like /departments/it/projects should be able to display all .md files in this directory. It could also just open the sidebar on the relevant level and show a blank page for now.

Under Administration>Pages it shows all the pages with different sort options. There need to be an option to edit/view the page from that list. I periodically want to review pages so I would sort by "Last Updated" and would like to open up 15 new tabs to review the articles, but "Command+Click" in Chrome should open up a new tab with that page, but it doesn't, it leave the Pages to the Page Details. Then I can "Command+Click" to open a new tab, then have to back click, then do it again for the next item. I think enabling "Command+Click" to open a new tab would be good enough. Optionally put a view/edit pencil in the table that allowed opening a new tab to the article.

When creating static navigation you can set the security to be "All users" or "These Groups" it would be helpful to have an inverse of the "These groups" e.g. "All Excluding these groups" This could then be used for instances when you want all users to have access but not guests. The reason being is that you might make a page early on but don't want to have to come back and add new groups to it as they get created.

There can be an option of showing "Related pages list" in the bottom of each page based on the related tags and page contents. It will help the user keep browsing related pages without any further changes from the author/site owner.

No one likes to see a 404 page, especially marketing teams :p It would be handy that instead of getting the big red "page not found" the system just redirected you to "Home", this could be a toggleable option and the page could be customisable. Forgive me if this already exists, but I couldn't find it mentioned anywhere.

Ability to dynamically list child pages or siblings of a parent page. Perhaps with {.links-list} style. Would be very useful for landing pages for example. Exemple with WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-list/

Could we add a side-scrolling option to the wiki page? Please? Including a table with more info from left to right is hard to read, we have to zoom out to read the content in the left.

It would be very nice if you can create a page that includes links (and excerpts!) to other pages using tags. For instance I have 20-30 pages with a tag "How-To" and I created a main page to navigate the How-To's. If there was an element we could include that refers the pages by their tags this can be very handy. It is almost the same (but not quite) as the ability to browse by tag. Maybe this function can be incorporated as an element to be included in pages.
